About me

I am a professionally qualified town planner with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors in England. I have advised on a wide range of development proposals many of which have involved residential development, particularly for medium and large home builders. In addition, I have assisted a number NHS Trusts in fulfilling their development proposals and strategic planning.  

Skills

I have an excellent ability to provide commercially based strategic planning advice including creative problem solving. I have a good track record of building relationships with clients based on trust in my professional judgement as well as being able to communicate well to other team members. I have strong skills in people management, communications, presenting and marketing. 

After a career spanning 40 years, I set up my own town planning practice and have continued to work with existing and new clients on a range of projects.
